DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they didn't even attempt to deliver my flowers on the day they were supposed to. They did contact me to tell me the florist could not prepare the bouquet for the price I paid so I had to agree to pay more.

I did as it was a very special birthday. When the flowers were delivered - it was a bouquet of carnations (I ordered roses). Only carnations. I paid almost $70 for a bunch of carnations.

I contacted customer service many times (16 emails back and forth).

They offered me $12.00 and didn't even acknowledge the delivery issue and kept saying "the bouquet was filled to the correct value" and We will only substitute items of equal or higher value" Both LIES. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
