Placed an order to be delivered on Valentines day (Feb 14) on Feb 12, 2012. Received a phone call from Flowershopping.com on Feb 13 saying they were having problems locating the correct flowers, but assured me they would call me back and let me know if they were going to have difficulty with the delivery.

Waited for several hours, called them back to be rudely told they were checking on the order and they would call me back, which they never did.

The next day after lunch, on Feb 14, I received a phone call saying the flowers couldn't be delivered and the order would be cancelled. Nice move, FLOWERSHOPPING.COM, my girlfriend will surely understand...
