I ordered a beautiful Country Basket for my sister and paid over $95. She received a cheap looking bouquet that was in a glass vase. It looked like it had been picked up at a convenience store and shoved in a cheap vase.

FlowerShopping - Order never arrived
This flowers shopping .com fail me big time they were supposed to deliver 5/13/2023 the Saturday before Mothers Day and they never show up . Today is Monday and Im about to call the credit card company. After speaking with there customer service . I get to understand that the company close on Sunday ( Mothers Day.) be careful when ordering make sure its a company you are familiar with.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughters birthday to be delivered to her place of business. Although it was delivered just in the niche of time, it was NOT the arrangement I ordered and paid $70 for. The only thing that was similar was the color pink! I will never order from this company again and will never recommend them.

This is the worst company Ive ever done business with. I called several times to find out when this is coming and couldnt get an answer. I was told to call or email customer service and got nothing accomplished. I have no tracking number either, terrible service!!

Bait and switch

Ordered a nice arrangement of plants and blooms. They got something half the size with just flowers. Wont last and half the value of what I ordered. Look cheap to my friend and wasted money. Stay far away!!!

Ordered flowers for my daughter following major surgery. Received an email the following afternoon that the flowers had been delivered except they hadn't. My daughter has since been discharged from the hospital and never received the flowers. FlowerShopping's customer service is non-existent. No one ever answers the phone number provided for customer service and they never returned my emails or the forwarded message from their ordering number when I called them back, trying to resolve this issue. Don't waste your money here.

The "arrangement" that arrived looked nothing at all like what I ordered. The arrangement that arrived was full of lilys. There were no lilies in what I ordered. They're refunding me 10% because it was just stuffed in a vase and not even arranged nicely. Oh boy!

Hello everyone, this is my 2nd time attempting to order with this company, however this is the 2nd time I have been let down and left disappointed. And I just notice all of the bad reports they have from other customers.

They did not deliver some flowers and balloon I ordered for my best friend while she is fighting for her life in the hospital. This company has horrible customer service.

I don't want to type out everything and I don't want to say don't support them because this is how they feed their families but to the owner please correct how your business is being managed so that your business can grow higher and higher. I pray that you get amazing workers that's willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are satisfied!!

Order#342**** Flowers not delivered. Do you deliver to Canada? Indicated they were #1 florist in Bracebridge. When Asking about my flower delivery, I just receive an automatic reply that they are looking into it. I tried phoning them and no response. Did not clarify with me that where they are located and I found out that they are U.S. based.

The flower was not delivered

Order it on 5/17 and paid for rush fee to deliver before 5/18 12PM. The flower didn't deliver. I made many service calls and nobody answered the call. The website only accepts E-mail for service request.

Awful company. If I could give no stars I would!

My husband ordered some flowers and a stuffed animal for our anniversary on Wednesday to be delivered the next day by noon (paid extra for rush delivery). Nothing was delivered. I contacted them Friday only to be continuously transferred and placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Multiple times the recording stated that they were closed.

No one would help me. I emailed them as well, and hours later come to find that my order was canceled due to them not delivering in my area.

They should know this when my zip is put in for the order! I will NEVER do business here again.

Ordered flowers about a week in advance. The item ordered and item delivered do not even look alike. The item had fruits and a plant. Spent about $100.00. What was delivered was a small grocery store fruit basket with half the fruits and no plant. I was so embarrassed after my friend received the missed delivery the next day when she sent me a pix. Meanwhile, I spent several calls trying to track the delivery which they insisted was made but that was not the truth. FlowerShopping.com insists that the substitutions were within their contract so refund denied.

I placed my order on the 21st and told it would be delivered by the 23rd on the 24th I have received notice stating your order cannot be fulfilled well that is the day after my order shouldve been shipped or delivered I should say now I have no time to send my loved ones the gift you were contracted to fulfill this order you broke the contract which makes you totally liable it wouldve been one thing if you told me right away you did not fulfill it but the sad part about it is you still have my money so its not even like I can afford to get something else but the minute you took my money that made this a legal binding contract Do not trust this company because after I had this problem I went on and seen all these negative reviews about this company
