I cannot believe what I ordered compared to what was delivered. I think it is unacceptable that I was not refunded the 50% I requested since I didn't get at least 50% of what I ordered.

Even the girl in the office on the phone told me that everyone in the office had seen the pictures and none of them could believe that was delivered and she was very sorry.

She would only offer me a final offer of 35% and would not allow me to speak with a supervisor or someone above her because she said that was their final offer. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will let everyone I know how this company does poor business.
