Below is my letter of complaint, I was sent an email offering me 30 % refund, not acceptable. I called 3 times and was told supervisor will contact me, supervisor has left for the day, supervisor will only correspond via email.

Thankfully was refunded the money when I disputed the charge. Below are photos of what I received, dead foliage in less than 48 hours and what I ordered was the deluxe version of what is pictured. $95 for this bait and switch! Wish there was a class action suit I could join!!!

I am extremely angry and disappointed in the flowers my daughter received today. I paid for premium and in my opinion the arrangement she received was even less than the “as shown” picture in which I can count at least 10 roses and copious amounts of filler flowers. I have seen better arrangements in grocery stores than what was delivered! Attached is a photo of the arrangement my daughter received, please compare it to the picture on your website and tell me if it resembles that arrangement in any way.

I feel cheated and preyed upon because it is assumed the customer and recipient are in 2 different states it won’t be known you are paying for premium products and getting less than generic! I was robbed of 95 hard earned dollars and the birth of my granddaughter made less joyous by this blatant display of false advertising. While the CS rep on the phone who helped with order was very pleasant this local vendor is obviously cheating your customers! I hope something will be done to rectify this problem.
