My flowers were over priced and not delivered on time on my friend's birthday. It was not a quality bouquet for what I paid.
When I called them the costumer service quoted me that the computer taking the order was down. I asked what they could do for me, and she commented that she would give me a 10% discount on the next order, I declined as I will never use again. I have never had trouble with other flower services I have used in the past.
Next time I will read the reviews first.
