Nothing has been done to correct this problem but they continue to send emails hoping I will purchase flowers from them again. I finally unsubscribed from their list. They obviously don't care!

I ordered an azalea arrangement for my daughter. It was supposed to be in a beautiful metal pot.

Well, it was delivered in a cheap plastic pot with a bow that didn't even match. I contacted customer service via email and they called me and apologized and offered a 10% credit for the substitution. I thought 10% was pretty cheap but didn't argue. Well, the plant was $60.00 and they credited my visa for $3.50.

I contacted CS again but never heard back. A much prettier plant was available at Sam's Club for $15.

Don't order from They don't deliver was is pictured!
